Lana was my mortgage lender for my first home purchase. I called a few mortgage companies in my area from a list of local lenders and she was the first and only one to pick up when I called. Many didn't ever call back. She is professional and courteous and took all the time I needed to explain the entire process. Throughout the lengthy process of buying my first home she and her team were always quite prompt in any actions needing to be taken on their end. Lana would always answer my texts or calls almost immediately. I feel lucky to have had her on my side throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate t recommend her to my closest friends and family.
